You’re a human being… not a human doing.
You have come to believe the more you do, the better of a person you are.
But all the “doing” has left you anxious, tired, and overwhelmed. Always “busy,” you’re burning up the bearings on that hamster wheel.
And on the rare occasion you slow down or relax, it feels like you’re “doing” something wrong…
… as if not being “productive” in any given moment is some kind of character flaw.
It’s time for a change in perspective.
So many people are completely burned out because they feel “unworthy” if they’re not actively engaged in some activity or pursuing some goal.
But you’re NOT a machine!
So, your value isn’t solely a function of how “productive” you are.
Seeing is believing…
You deserve a calmer, happier, more fulfilling life.
And you can absolutely have it. That’s why I’m here – to guide you…
… as you learn to slow down and enjoy life…
… as you prioritize and nurture your mind, body, and soul…
… as you take charge of your anxiety and rediscover joy, peace, and happiness.
With new skills, not only will you NOT feel overwhelmed, but you’ll also be more productive – but in a way that’s not draining because you’re running more efficiently!
I can’t wait to work with you!

I’m now trained and experienced in treatment approaches that can help YOU do the same.
Let’s work together so you can manage the cognitive and physical aspects of anxiety, banish perfectionism, and prioritize and invest in what’s truly important to you.

About Me
I wasn’t always a therapist.
For me, it was a career change I started in my early 40s (so I know all about the challenges of a mid-life career change).
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world. I was in customer service and had a stint as a corporate trainer.
I get what it’s like, grinding it out every day of the week and getting burned out along the way.
Some of my education and experience…
I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bay Path University and my Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from Springfield College.
My MSW is in advanced generalist practice, focusing and drawing on my clients’ strengths. I also embrace systems theory, so I’ll consider all aspects of your life and how they impact your day-to-day functioning. I hold licenses allowing me to offer telehealth services in Massachusetts and Vermont.
I’ve worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults in various community mental health settings. They struggled with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, job stress, parenting, relationships, behavioral problems, juvenile justice issues, and substance abuse.
In my downtime…
I love reading, drawing, traveling, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
I have a very independent cat named Chloe.
And when it comes to tea, I consider myself a connoisseur!
